1. Services & Scope

We provide copywriting and page design services (the “Services”). This may include research, drafts, revisions, and delivery of marketing materials.

Proposal & Acceptance: Before starting, we’ll provide a proposal outlining scope, deliverables, and payment. Work starts after acceptance.
Revisions: Packages include limited revisions; extra changes may incur additional fees.
Client Responsibility: You agree to supply all needed info, feedback, and assets promptly to avoid delays.

2. Payment Terms

Fees: Prices are as quoted per project or offer. Limited-time discounts may apply.
Payment Schedule: Some projects require upfront payment or a deposit, with balance due at completion or milestones.
Late Payment: Work may be paused if payment is late. Fees may apply after 7 days.
Refunds & Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable after work begins. You’ll be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date.

3. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

After full payment, you own the final approved copy and designs. Drafts and internal concepts remain our property.
We may display your completed project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:
– Violate laws or promote illegal activity
– Infringe on intellectual property
– Spread malware, spam, or abuse
– Defame or harass others

5. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as-is.” While we aim to help you increase sales, we do not guarantee specific results such as revenue or engagement increases.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the project. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits or data.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebFlexi Market, its employees, and partners against any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your misuse of our services or breach of these Terms.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate if the other breaches material terms and fails to correct it within a reasonable time. Upon termination, any outstanding payments remain due.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon (or your local jurisdiction). Any disputes will be handled in local courts or through agreed arbitration.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates take effect upon posting on our website. Continuing to use our services means you accept the latest version.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, plus any signed project agreement, form the entire contract between you and WebFlexi Market, replacing prior discussions.
